The Maryland Equity and Inclusion Leadership Program is a leadership development certificate program jointly offered by the Schaefer Center for Public Policy at the University of Baltimore and The Maryland Commission on Civil Rights.
The Schaefer Center for Public Policy
The Schaefer Center for Public Policy is the applied research division of the University of Baltimore’s College of Public Affairs. The Center provides program evaluation, policy analysis, management consulting, strategic planning, opinion research, and professional development services to local, state, and federal governments, nonprofit organizations, and other enterprises.
The Maryland Commission on Civil Rights
The Maryland Commission on Civil Rights’ mission is to ensure opportunity for all through the enforcement of Maryland’s laws against discrimination, provide educational outreach services related to provisions of these laws, and to promote and improve civil rights in Maryland.

|Sponsors make one-time or recurring fund contributions* of $5,000, $10,000 or $20,000 to support program development, planning, and implementation.
* Sponsor contributions will be tax-deductible and managed through UB Foundation, a non-profit entity affiliated with the University of Baltimore.
|Sponsors host one or more program sessions by offering on-site space, support, and resources||Sponsors make one-time or recurring fund contributions of up to $3,000 that serve as scholarship awards for participants with financial assistance needs.|
